工業(yè)和信息化部、中央網信辦、國家發(fā)展改革委等八部門日前聯(lián)合印發(fā)《“人工智能+制造”專項行動實施意見》。

China has recently released a work plan to deepen the integration of the industrial internet and artificial intelligence (AI). The plan was jointly issued by eight departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China, and the National Development and Reform Commission.

人工智能與制造業(yè)的深度融合，是發(fā)展新質生產力、構建現(xiàn)代化產業(yè)體系的重要路徑?！丁叭斯ぶ悄?制造”專項行動實施意見》提出，到2027年，我國人工智能關鍵核心技術實現(xiàn)安全可靠供給，產業(yè)規(guī)模和賦能水平穩(wěn)居世界前列。推動3至5個通用大模型在制造業(yè)深度應用，形成特色化、全覆蓋的行業(yè)大模型，打造100個工業(yè)領域高質量數據集，推廣500個典型應用場景。培育2至3家具有全球影響力的生態(tài)主導型企業(yè)和一批專精特新中小企業(yè)，打造一批“懂智能、熟行業(yè)”的賦能應用服務商，選樹1000家標桿企業(yè)。建成全球領先的開源開放生態(tài)，安全治理能力全面提升，為人工智能發(fā)展貢獻中國方案。

意見圍繞創(chuàng)新筑基、賦智升級、產品突破、主體培育、生態(tài)壯大、安全護航、國際合作等7項重點任務推出一系列具體舉措，包括推動智能芯片軟硬協(xié)同發(fā)展；支持模型訓練和推理方法創(chuàng)新；培育重點行業(yè)大模型；推動大模型技術深度嵌入生產制造核心環(huán)節(jié)；加快人工智能賦能工業(yè)母機、工業(yè)機器人；攻關深度合成鑒偽、工業(yè)模型算法安全防護、訓練數據保護等關鍵技術。
